The FM should mainly concentrate on exportfirms like IT industry & textile Industry.Because of rupee appreciation and US recession theses industrys are facing many problems which played a importent role in last Fiscal years.so FM should give some relief package for export-oriented industries that have huge employment potential.

expected allocation between rich and poor in 2008 budget.
We are also wishing for a reduction in direct taxes as well as surcharge on taxes. Infrastructure-education, health care, sanitation...... It is being assumed that India budget 2008 may be impacted politically to some extent owing to "vote bank politics".
It is expected that the forthcoming Budget 2008-2009, may relax regulations in order to hasten the process of making the infrastructure strong. Such investments would help bridging the gap between the rich and the poor.

As this budget is just before the next election, it will have positive impact on the economy. According to me:
1. our country is based on agriculture but its contribution to GDP is only 18%. FM should increase the expenditure in agriculture.
2. Education and infrastructure is also very important for the growth of our economy, which in turn will increase FDI.
3. Growth of IT company is also important.
4. More employment should be provided in rural areas to increase the consumer spending. bridge the gap in income of rural and urban area.
5. Income tax should be reduced.

This Budget holds significance in the backdrop of the following two factors:
(1) impending elections (a series of state elections towards
the end of 2008, followed by the general elections in early 2009), and
(2) strong revenue collections.

The two challenges that the government will need to address are:
(1) containing inflation.
(2) providing stimulus to growth, as there are some indications of a possible slowdown.

While the markets always look forward to the Budget with great interest, the post-budget implications on markets have been reducing over the years

Encourage job-oriented industries in rural India for income generation and stopping their migration to the cities.

Complicated tax structure with numerous exemptions should be changed

Manpower and human resource development should be the topmost priority.

Marginal increase in company’s tax. Corporate shall get tax benefits for amounts spent on social and environment activities. This will prompt corporate for spending in interest of public at large.

In case where total amount of TDS paid is more than net income tax payable for a financial year then in such cases the IT refund shall be made along with interest at bank rates.

I'd abolish income tax, service tax and all the other taxes we pay these days.

Encourage industries in rural India.

The budget has to take concrete steps for a reduction in home loan interest rates.

Inter -connection of rivers with private sector participation for power generation, water transport can be explored.

A very simple, but most vital principle for any Finance Minister, entrusted with the task of raising revenues for his country, comes from Chanakya's Arth Shastra "to collect taxes from citizens the way a bee collects honey from the flowers quietly without inflicting pain".
